Broc Cellars Carbonic Carignan Alexander Valley


REGION: Alexander Valley, California, U.S.A.


NOTES: Made by independent winemaker Chris Brockway from Berkeley with carbonic maceration, this soft, easy going light-bodied wine is fresh and juicy with lovely red berries and hint of herbaceous notes. Pairs well with Turkey, Chicken and Roasted Vegetables.

Château Gabelot Bordeaux Rouge


REGION: Bordeaux, France

VARIETAL/BLEND: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon

NOTES: Red garnet color with dusty plum aromas. On the palate notes of rapsberry, strawberry, blackcurrant and slight pencil lead. Dense rich palate with a woodsy, tannic and spicy finish. Pairs well with beef roast, lamb chops, venison and roast duck.

Château Gabelot Entre Deux Mers Bordeaux Blanc


REGION: Bordeaux, France

VARIETAL/BLEND: Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle

NOTES: “Pretty pale yellow color with silver highlights. The nose reveals aromas of citrus and white peach with slightly floral and lemony notes. The palate is elegant and provides good persistence.”- Winemaker. Pairs well with shell fish, fish of all types, oysters, clams, mussels, sushi, veal and chicken.
