Domaine Bernard Baudry Chinon “Les Granges”


REGION: Chinon, Loire Valley, France

VARIETAL/BLEND: Cabernet Franc

NOTES: *ORGANIC. Bernard Baudry is one of the newer stars of the Chinon scene. Light and elegant, bright, violet and tangy, full of herbacious dark cherry fruit. Beautiful mineral earthiness from the gravely and sandy soil linger on the finish. Meant to be drink young. Paired with roast beef, roast goose and lamb shish kebobs.

Bacchus Cabernet Sauvignon


REGION: California, U.S.A.

VARIETAL/BLEND: Cabernet Sauvignon

NOTES: Created by David Gordon- the Wine Director at Tribeca Grill and served at Nobu and Montrachet. Medium bodied with ripe plum, black currant, and blackberry flavors with a touch of mint. Cedar and dusty earth emerge on the long, layered finish. Smooth, supple, and great for any night of the week! Paired with grilled skirt steak, pizza and kebabs.

La Pepie Cabernet Franc


REGION: Loire, France

VARIETAL/BLEND: Cabernet Franc

NOTES: *ORGANIC. 100% tank fermented cabernet franc. Medium bodied with a lovely, tart, bright sour cherry note on the palate. A hint of earthiness and tobacco (typical of cabernet franc) rounds out this tasty red. Paired with lamb, duck or the veal fillets.
