NOTES: This “Little Gavi” is light, pretty, well-balanced with delicate almond and very gentle acidity. Notes of limes and greengage plums. Crisp, fresh, classic Italian white, and an excellent value. Cortese is traditionally the wine to pair with the local seafood caught off the Ligurian coast in Genoa. Pairs well with fried calamari, grilled fish, mussels alla Marinara and Stuffed Anchovies.
