Achillee Quetsches Alors

One of the more delightfully eccentric bottles in the natural wine world: a pétillant naturel made from biodynamically farmed Alsatian damson plums, foot-trodden and fermented dry, with a small addition of Riesling to trigger the secondary fermentation in bottle. Hazy, low-alcohol, and alive with tart plum, spice, and a kombucha-like acidity. Quirky and compelling.

Food Pairing: Chicken or lamb tagines, chickpea soup with earthy spices. Also, enjoy this aperitif with soft cheeses before dinner, or as a low alcohol brunch option with spicy dishes or salads.
