Andrew Murray fell in love with Syrah in the Rhône Valley as a teenager and has spent three decades making the case for it in Santa Barbara County — earning Robert Parker's designation as one of the region's "shining stars" along the way. Tous Les Jours ("every day" in French) is Murray's entry-level Syrah, sourced from multiple Santa Ynez Valley sites and aged entirely in neutral oak to let the fruit lead. The result is simultaneously bold and balanced: deep purple, with dark cherry, ripe blue fruit, liquid violets, peppery herbs, scorched earth, and a savory meatiness on the finish.
