Aoki Shuzo, Yuki Otoko Yeti Junmai

Named for the mythical snow yeti said to guide lost travelers through Niigata's mountains, Yuki Otoko is a classic expression of the region's light, dry style. Brewed with Miyama Nishiki rice and soft mountain spring water by the Aoki family (est. 1717), it's clean and bone-dry with notes of cooked rice, subtle spice, and a crisp, refreshing finish. Excellent warm or chilled.
