Bleecker Cabernet Sauvignon

Bleecker Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold dry red wine, the grapes sourced from California's Lodi wine region, that expresses black plum, currant, and mineral notes. The structure is firm with plush tannins and mouth-watering acidity. The wine ages for 18 months in oak barrel, a small percentage of it new barreling, after cold soaking and macerating in stainless steel. The grapes are sourced from multiple sustainably farmed vineyards around Lodi.
