Bojo Do Luar Vinho Tinto "Deu Bode"

Bojo do Luar Vinho Tinto "Deu Bode" is a natural dry red wine that expresses red and purple fruit amid a thread of smoky earth and savory herbs. It has beautiful velvet tannins running alongside ample acidity. Put a light chill on this beauty.

The grapes were hand-harvested, in line with Bojo du Luar winery's organic and biodynamic farming practices. In the cellar, the grapes were de-stemmed before being placed in amphora for fermentation and aging. The 60% of the red grapes were vinified with 10% of the Azal and pressed after 4 weeks; then, they were returned to the amphorae to age until February, and then blended with 30% Arinto. Ground chestnut flowers were added to the wine as a natural stabilizer. Unfiltered / unfined.
