Bussola Amarone Classico 2018

From one of Valpolicella's most dedicated small producers, Bussola's Amarone is a serious expression of the appassimento method — grapes partially dried for months before fermentation, concentrating everything. Dark fruit, dried fig, chocolate, tobacco, and iron-rich earth with a long, tannic, warming finish. Decant generously, serve with braised meats, or cellar a decade.
