Established in 1948 but reborn under its current label in 1992, the estate is a vibrant tapestry of organic viticulture, enriched by the omnipresent roses. With a commitment to organic practices, Cascina delle Rose minimizes environmental impact by shunning herbicides and using only a trace of copper and sulfur in their vineyards.
