Casey Jones Wheated Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a four-grain wheated bourbon, giving it a softer profile that's more approachable and, even dessert-friendly. The nose features a bouquet of vanilla, almond butter, dusty dark cherry, raspberry, and soft cream. The palate is a velvety journey of confectionary sugar, caramel-dipped apples, sweet tea, pecan pie ice cream, and honey. The lengthy finish has lingering notes of ginger, oak spice, and light cinnamon. This bourbon was copper pot distilled and then aged for 3-4 years in new charred oak barrels. It's 110 proof.
