The vineyard Massara was purchsed in 1910 from knight G.B. Burlotto directly from the House of Savoia. The vineyard, in one of the zone's high vine growing locations of Verduno, is located at 265m in altitude on a surface of 1.22 hectares all planted with Nebbiolo. The land is made of white soil with a main composition of calcareous-clay, the fortuitous location of East-South-East and a scrupulous selection of grapes allow to them to get a wine that amazes with longevity and power.
