Château d'Oupia Pays d'Hérault Les Hérétiques is a gorgeous exploration into inky depths of dark cherry, black raspberry, black olive, dried herbs, and pepper. It's classically Minervois, expressing plentiful fruit buttressed by acidity and lush tannins.
