Domaine Mamaruta Trafalgar

Domaine Mamaruta Trafalgar is a lightly funky skin contact / orange wine that showcases how dry a wine Muscat can produce. On the palate is a dry, citrus journey of tangerine and grapefruit as well as some stone fruit. Hints of yeast follow along the bright, mineral finish. The winemaking process included hand-harvesting the organic grapes, three weeks of skin contact with native yeast; neutral oak aging; and bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added sulfates.
