Ezy Tgr Chillable Red

Ezy Tgr Chillable Red is inspired by the ancestral Palhete wines of Portugal: a style defined by co-fermenting red and white grapes to produce a lighter style of red wine that may be chilled. It expresses cherry, pomegranate, hints of green herbs, and granitic minerals.

Spontaneous fermentation occurred in stainless steel, and part of the wine was aged in neutral oak and completed malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered, unfined.
