Feudo Montoni Sicilia Inzolia

Feudo Montoni Sicilia Inzolia is a dry white wine that expresses floral, herbal, mineral and orange citrus notes through the palate. On the nose, aromas of straw broom and chamomile tea swirl around notes of pear and citrus. It's an elegant, full-range expression of Inzolia that demands slow sips and reflection. The grapes grow from 1500 - 3000 feet in elevation, which allows a buttressing acidity to remain in tact through to harvest. The wines were aged in concrete and cement.
