Gatinois Champagne Tradition Brut NV is a dry Grand Cru Champagne that expresses dark cherry and citrus alongside a serious mineral backbone.
The Champagne was vinified in stainless steel only and all of it underwent malolactic fermentation. It aged on the lees over 3 years in stainless steel.

The Grand Cru village of Aÿ is home to some of the most lauded Pinot Noir in the region, which the Gatinois family has been growing there since the 1600s. Louis Gatinois is a 12th generation grower and winemaker. Portions of his grapes are sold to Bollinger, and the rest he carefully vinifies for his own label.
