Giffard Fruit de la Passion

Founded in 1885 when pharmacist Émile Giffard set out to create something cool and refreshing for the residents of Angers, Giffard has grown over four generations into one of France's premier liqueur houses. Their Crème de Fruit de la Passion is made by blending a sugar-beet-based neutral spirit with concentrated passion fruit juice — vivid amber-gold in the glass, with an intensely aromatic nose of ripe passion fruit pulp. The palate is juicy, velvety, and tropical with mandarin orange and guava, finishing with a bright citric bite. A bartender staple, equally at home in a Pornstar Martini, a tiki punch, or stirred into anything that needs a shot of the tropics.
