Golan Heights Winery, Mount Hermon White

Golan Heights Winery was established in 1983 by a collective of kibbutzim and moshavim in the Galilee region and has since become Israel's benchmark producer of quality kosher wine. The Mount Hermon White is their approachable, terroir-expressive entry point: a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, and Sémillon sourced from high-altitude vineyards on the rocky volcanic soils of the Golan Heights, fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve fresh aromatics. Green apple, tangerine, guava, and honeydew on the nose with pretty floral notes; lively, medium-bodied, and refreshing on the palate. Kosher certified and kosher for Passover.
