Integrale Bianco Pet Nat

Integrale is the project of two young friends, Luca and Emanuele, driven by a simple and defiant philosophy: wine should be as easy and joyful to drink as beer. Made from organically farmed indigenous Venetian grapes — Glera, Garganega, Pinella, and Serprino — hand-harvested in the hills between Conegliano Valdobbiadene and Asolo, the wine undergoes primary fermentation in tank before being bottled mid-fermentation in the ancestral method. The result is unfiltered, hazy, and bone dry at just 10.5% ABV: fresh pear, lemon, golden apple, and white flowers on the nose and palate, with fine natural bubbles and a clean, refreshing finish. Excellent for aperitivo, brunch, or any occasion that calls for something lively and uncomplicated.
