Isle Saint Pierre Blanc IGP Mediterranee 2025

Isle Saint Pierre Blanc is a dry white wine that feels medium-bodied in weight and expresses delicate white floral notes along with citrus and stone fruit, through to mineral finish. The acidity is strong, but not overwhelming, making this a perfect aperitif wine or a mid-week sipper. The wine fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.

Food Pairing: Oysters, clams, grilled fish with lemon and capers, light goat cheese, salad with feta, greens with vinaigrette, zucchini fritters, herb-roasted chicken
