The Land of Saints GSM is a Santa Barbara County Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre blend made with a low-intervention, terroir-focused approach. Fruit from three different parcels is vinified separately and aged in neutral French barrique for 15 months, with partial whole-cluster fermentation. Red and black fruit leads on the nose, with peppery spice joining the sleek fruit on the palate, good freshness and fine-grained tannins — marrying interest and accessibility very well.
