Las Jaras' Glou Glou is everything the name promises — light, juicy, and totally crushable. Carignan-based and naturally made, it's best served with a slight chill and zero fuss. Most of the grapes undergo carbonic maceration — the classic fermentation method of Beaujolais — which means fermentation happens inside the berries themselves, producing a translucent ruby wine with juicy red plum, hibiscus, pomegranate and a touch of smoky spice, medium-bodied yet fleshy.
