A skin-contact pet nat from Passione Natura's biodynamic Abruzzo estate near Popoli — Malvasia and Trebbiano vinified on skins with ancestral-method sparkling. Floral, candied citrus, and Mediterranean herbs on the nose; soft and fresh on the palate with a lively saline finish and gentle phenolic grip. Floral scents, candied citrus and Mediterranean herbs meander into a soft, fresh palate with a great sapidity that brings us towards a lightly saline finish, very persistent and of great elegance. Beginning is a pure natural wine, handcrafted following the Italian ancient peasant tradition. The orange color is obtained from a long contant with the skins, that gives unexpected structure and citrus aromas.
