Puech Redon VDF Blanc Sensitive

Puech Redon VDF Blanc Sensitive is a dry natural wine that emits plentiful stone fruit and pear on the nose, while the palate expresses zest through to the finish. No sulfite is added to the production of this orange wine. A true expression of natural wine from the Languedoc region.

When the bottle is open, a special effect takes place on the label: the fingerprint changes color. The skin maceration lasts 15 days and all vinification occurs in cement.

Cyril Cuche is a meticulous farmer and wine makers. His land, comprised of vines and cereal fields, was brought into the family by his grandfather just after World War 2. Under Cyril's watch, the winery transitioned to organic and biodynamic grape vineyards. He focuses on minimal intervention to allow the grapes' true expression to unfurl in the bottle.
