Bone dry rose frizzante. Cloudy and hazy, as the label says it's best to shake it before drinking. Grapefruit and watermelon notes. Perfect on it's own, also plays well in sparkling wine cocktails. Organic, unfiltered. Petillant Naturel.

Colfondo, translating as "with the bottom" as a reference to the sediment at the bottom of the bottle, is a style of Prosecco in which the wine is fermented in the bottle, though not disgorged, and it is capped yielding a hazy, lightly effervescent sparkling wine.
