The Basque Apple Dry Unfiltered Cider

Spain's Basque Country is one of the few places on Earth where cider is the beverage of choice. The style is tart, bold, and funky. But because it is still, Basques long-pour it from as high as two arms can manage, creating the illusion of bubbles in the glass. In collaboration with a New York cidery and one of the Spain's oldest family siderias, we've brought in some of the Sagardo around, made it sparkling, and canned it for your pleasure. Topa!
