Wyatt Chardonnay

Wyatt Chardonnay is a sustainably produced dry white wine that expresses notes of tropical, like pineapple, and orchard fruit, like apple and pear, and zippy citrus–all following along threads of silk and refreshing acidity. The grapes are sourced from different vineyards in Lodi. The vinification included long malolactic fermentation, and it aged for 16 months in oak barrel–20% of which was new.

Food Pairing: Roast chicken or turkey with savory herbs, creamy pasta and risotto, shellfish in butter sauces, and soft cheeses.
