Allain Graillot Syrocco Thalvin Syrah

The late, great Alain Graillot — Crozes-Hermitage legend — discovered these Atlantic-cooled Syrah vines in Morocco's Zenata region and made something quietly remarkable. Fruit-forward but Old World in structure, with ripe purple fruit, dried cherry, sandalwood, black olive, and spice. Aged in large neutral barrels; dry and long on the finish.
