Calabretta Cala Cala Rosso is a volcanic dry red wine from Calabretta on the slopes of Mount Etna, made from Nerello Mascalese — Sicily's answer to Pinot Noir. Light in color, tense in structure, with wild cherry, iron minerality, dried herbs, and the smoky, saline edge that the Etna terroir consistently delivers. One of the most distinctive expressions in southern Italy.
