Domaine Christophe Mittnacht Esprit Libre Alsace Pinot Noir is a dry light-bodied red wine that expresses bright cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, and morello cherry–all accented by a hint of cracked black pepper, dried herbs, and a subtle mineral edge. The body is framed by light tannin and a vibrant, refreshing acidity.The winery has been certfied Demeter biodynamic since 1999 and the old vines are planted on clay and limestone. The winemaking has minimal intervention using neutral wood and tanks.
