Domaine Martin Muscadet Ocean Dry is a dry white wine to reach for when fruity characteristics are less appealing than bone dry and mineral characteristics. This is a light-bodied white wine with lime citrus and grapefruit zest bolstered by refreshing acidity and salinity. The grapes are pressed in pneumatic press soon after harvest, allowing a cold settling before a slow fermentation in controlled temperature tanks. The ageing is over 7 months on the fine lees.
