A four-generation family domaine in Castelnau de Guers, within the northern reaches of the Picpoul de Pinet appellation. The Cabrols farm 17 hectares sustainably and harvest at night to lock in the aromatics that make Picpoul so appealing. Brilliant pale gold with green tints, the wine opens with citrus and acacia blossom, then delivers a crisp, mouthwatering palate of grapefruit and green herbs with the saline mineral freshness that makes Picpoul — "lip-stinger" — such a natural partner for shellfish.
