Chaumeau-Balland et Fils Sancerre Blanc is a dry white wine crafted from Sauvignon Blanc in the renown Sancerre region. The nose features aromas of grapefruit, gooseberry, grassy and green herbs, and flint. The palate is medium-bodied with zesty, chalky, and stony characteristic, and an acidic backbone that delivers through a lengthy finish. Fermentation and aging occurs in stainless still, and aging occurs on the fine lees for 2-3 months.
