This dry sparkling Chenin Blancis bottled with zero dosage, meaning that it doesn't have sugar added in the fermentation process like a lot of sparkling wines. Because it spends 3 years on the lees, it has a rich roundness in the mid-palate. Expect beautiful notes of baked apples and lemons, quince, and a hint of brioche. The velvet label lends it an air of class.
