Domaine du Chat Huant VDF Rouge Tichodrome

Domaine du Chat Huant "Tichodrome" is a a dry red wine comprised of Côt (Malbec) from the Loire Valley that has lifted aromas bursting with wild raspberry, red cherry, viotlets, wild herbs, and damp earth. The palate is bone-dry, with crunchy tannin that transition to vibrant acidity, juicy fruit, and a clean mineral finish of limestone soil. The wines are fermented and aged in fiberglass tanks, the aging occurring over an 8-month period.
