Domaine les Aphillanthes Cotes du Rhone Nymphea Rose

Nymphea Rosé is a dry rose from Côtes du Rhône that emits notes of fresh red berries, stone fruit, and herbs on the nose; on the palate it imparts fleshy, fresh wild strawberry, orange zest, and dry honeysuckle.

Domaine Les Aphillanthes is situated in Travaillan, just northwest of Gigondas. Daniel Boulle, the head winemaker and grower, is terroir-driven giving his Southern Rhone careful attention to yield perfect fruit for balanced wines. The vines are organically farmed with minimal intervention in the wine making process. He uses concrete vats for fermentation. No filtration, only gravity for clarifying the wines.
