Hayman's London Dry Gin

The Hayman family has been distilling gin in London since 1863 — making them the oldest family of gin distillers still working in the city today. Company founder James Burrough was a pioneer of the London Dry style, and Hayman's London Dry remains true to his original recipe: ten botanicals (juniper, coriander, orange and lemon peel, cassia and Ceylon cinnamon, nutmeg, angelica root, orris root, and licorice root) macerated for 24 hours in three small copper pot stills before distillation. The result is quintessentially classical — piney juniper over a citrus backbone, with warming spice and a bone-dry, complex finish. Bottled at 47% ABV for full botanical intensity.
