High West American Blended Bourbon

Founded in 2006 in Park City, Utah — the state's first legal distillery since 1870 — High West built its reputation by blending straight bourbons from carefully selected sources into something greater than the sum of their parts. American Prairie is their flagship expression: a blend of straight bourbons aged between two and thirteen years, primarily from MGP in Indiana, combined with High West's own stocks, all aged in charred white oak. Non-chill filtered at 46% ABV, it delivers aromatic complexity well above its price point — candy corn, honey nougat, sweet cornbread, vanilla, and caramel on the palate with a touch of rye pepper spice. A portion of proceeds benefits the American Prairie Reserve in Montana. Equally excellent neat or in a Manhattan.
