Give us two stacks for Brendan and Declan.This Irish Whisky, mixed and bottled independently, is a sophisticated, intelligent, and balanced mixture of 5 distillates taken from The Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk. The mix is made up of grain whiskies aged in ex-bourbon and virgin American oak barrels (80%), double-distilled unpeated single malt (10%), double-distilled peated single malt (2%), and single Irish pot still whiskey (8%). The final combination is highly sessionable, with vanilla cream, dried pineapple, and rancio nuttiness on the nose and candied citrus, almond skin, and notes of sherry on the hefty mid-palate tempered by a lovely punch of wood spice. 43% ABV, non-chill filtered
