Oenos Nature Xinomavro

Oenos Nature Xixnomavro is a dry medium to full-bodied red wine from the Naoussa wine region of Macedonia, in Greece. This is a stabilized natural wine that expresses, sour cherry, dry rose petal, tomato leaf, worn leather, and a hint of oak. It's mainly a gastronomic wine that can appeal to a range of hearty dishes or charcuterie. It spent 30 days on the skins followed by aging for 18 months in both stainless steel tanks and neutral oak barrels. The acidity in this wine is plentiful, amid the generous tannins, due to a cooler climate year in 2022.
