Rey Campero Jabali Mezcal Joven is a flamboyant Mezcal opening with orange zest, chalk, floral notes, citrus peel, nuttiness, tart yeast, and smoke on the nose. The palate showcases a wild journey of sweet agave, mango, pineapple, guava, green bell pepper, mineral earth, and vegetable funkiness. The dynamic finish is dry and expresses wet stone, chalky limestone, clay, spic, and grapefruit. We highly recommend sipping this along.
Cocktail Suggestions: Jabbali Oaxacan Old Fashioned, Verde & Mineral Highball.
