Rihaku Dreamy Clouds Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori Sake

Rihaku Dreamy Clouds Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori is a gorgeous, elegant sake with a light cloudiness much like the gentle fog settling over an autumn morning. The palate is floral and textured, expressive of mint, green melon, and honeydew. It's a Tokubetsu quality, because it is polished to 59%, which is technically considered Junmai Ginjo.

Food Pairing: spicy noodle dishes, Pad Thai, curry-spiced meats, spicy barbecue, risotto, creamy pasta, white fish dishes, delicate sushi, briny seafood, mushroom dishes, cashew-laden dishes, savory-sweet dishes.
