Stolpman's Love You Bunches Orange Wine is booming with exotic tropical fruit on the nose, with a palate concentrated with ruby red grapefruit into palm trees, pineapple, and coconuts. Richness upfront and then fleshy on the midpalate finishing with a deeper, redder core. All the while sweet juicy citrus and ripe stone fruit provide pure, seamless pleasure. A serious backbone frames the perfume taking on wet gravel leading to fine chalky tannin and toast.

Whole cluster low carbonic fermentation in sealed tanks for 1-3 weeks is followed by resting for a short time in stainless steel before aging in neutral French oak for over 6 months. The blend was chosen carefully: Pinot Gris adds color and a thick texture; early-harvested Chardonnay adds acidity and zet; and, Gewürztraminer adds exotic tropical fruit and perfume.
