Verlaine's Lychee Martini was born in October 2001 at Verlaine Bar & Lounge on Manhattan's Lower East Side, and has since earned genuine icon status in New York — the lounge now serves over 12,000 of them a month. Vodka, lychee, and pineapple juice, and at 13.4% ABV it carries more weight than the pastel color suggests. After nearly 24 years behind one bar, it's now a ready-to-drink can. Gluten-free and vegan.
