A vibrant, fizzy cocktail that leans on lemon and sparkling wine to bring out the herbal side of Pimm's.

Ingredients

50 mlPimm's No. 1 Cup
25 mlDonna Gloria Prosecco
75 mlLemonade
1Slice of orange
1Sprig of mint

Method

Fill a large wine glass with ice cubes.
Pour the Pimm's in first.
Add the lemonade, then the prosecco.
Garnish with the orange slice and mint.

Apple-forward and medium-dry — an easy sipper for the weeks when summer is turning into fall.

Ingredients

2 ozLelouvier Calvados Vieux
¾ ozOrange juice, freshly squeezed
½ ozLemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ ozMaple syrup

Method

Shake all the ingredients with ice.
Fine-strain into a chilled glass.
Express the lemon zest twist over the surface, then drop it in.

Stir all the ingredients together over ice until well chilled.

Red berries and caramel together — a slow sipper that asks for a long, philosophical conversation.

Ingredients

Method

Combine the bourbon, port, maple syrup and both bitters in a mixing glass with a large ice cube.
Stir for about 30 seconds, until cold and well chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a fresh ice cube.
Garnish with the orange peel and a skewered raspberry or blackberry.
