Diamond Reserve Dark Rum

Produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at the Diamond Distillery — the last remaining rum distillery in Guyana and sole holder of the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication — this dark rum is distilled from 100% molasses through DDL's historic four-column French Savalle still. Lightly aged and full-bodied, it delivers subtle woody character, caramelized palm sugar, vanilla buttercream, and a finish of bittersweet chocolate and nutmeg. An essential cocktail rum with the depth and pedigree to sip on its own.
