Austin Chardonnay Paso Robles

Austin Chardonnay is a full-bodied, round white wine from Paso Robles, that expresses aromas of caramelized fruit, spiced cider, fresh honeysuckle, stone fruit, and bright citrus. The palate is a journey of ripe tropical fruits like pineapple and melon that then transition to Meyer lemon, crisp apple, and a whisper of creamy vanilla. The finish is rounded with a lush mouthfeel and lingering vibrant acidity.

The wine was aged in neutral French oak, with malolactic fermentation and battonage occuring to augment the creamy profile.
