Gini Soave Classico

Gini Soave Classico is a dry white wine from the Garganega grape, expressing a range of smokey minerality, salinity, and peach flesh near the pit. The mid-palate has a nice weight from the round peach characteristics that is carried through to a lovely finish with ample acidity. The wine matures for 8 months on the lees in steel and then partially in barrel. It ages for 6 more months in the bottle before release.

Food Pairing: Fresh seafood, light pasta, and creamy cheese. Or enjoy it as an aperitif.
