From one of Sanlúcar de Barrameda's most historic houses, La Cilla is a classic PX — deeply mahogany, viscous, and concentrated, with toffee, raisins, plum, chocolate, and a warming finish that lingers long. Sun-dried PX grapes aged oxidatively in solera for roughly five years. Pour over vanilla ice cream or sip chilled as a nightcap.
